Every policy in one place

Legal documents should be easy to find rather than buried in a footer. This is the central index, including documents that are still being prepared.

Documents

Acceptable use

A standalone Acceptable Use Policy is being prepared. In the meantime, these are the expectations we apply to every workspace, and they are consistent with the rules the underlying messaging channels enforce.

Consent first

Only message people who have opted in to hear from you, and honour opt-outs promptly. Channel providers enforce this too, and violations can suspend a business account.

No unlawful content

The platform may not be used to send content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights.

No impersonation

Do not present your business as an organisation you are not, and do not disguise an automated assistant as a specific named individual.

Respect the platform

No attempts to bypass rate limits, probe other workspaces, or use the service in ways that degrade it for other customers.

Regulated content

If your use case touches health, financial or legal advice, keep a qualified human accountable for the outcome.

Channel rules apply too

WhatsApp and telephony providers enforce their own policies on consent, templates and content. A violation can result in the provider restricting your business account independently of anything RapidRoot does.

Refunds and billing terms

RapidRoot does not operate self-serve checkout today, so there is no automated refund flow. Commercial terms — including billing frequency, cancellation and any refund arrangement — are agreed in the contract for each engagement.
