An AI-powered platform that connects conversations to workflows.
RapidRoot is an AI-powered platform that connects customer conversations with business workflows — Channels (WhatsApp / Voice) → AI (understand / respond / qualify / assist) → Business context (customer / lead / tenant / property / product) → Action (follow-up / booking / reminder / collection / handoff).
How RapidRoot works — Channels → AI → Context → Action
AI is the intelligence layer — visually the center of the architecture. Presentation only; no new backend.

We keep architectural honesty: contacts, tags and roles are platform-level where implemented; Hostels and Real Estate run as standalone operational workspaces — RapidRoot does not claim a unified customer graph or single database across every product.
The platform comes first. The modules plug into it.
Most teams buy a WhatsApp tool, then a calling tool, then a workflow tool — and end up with three customer records. RapidRoot inverts that: the platform provides identity, organizations, billing and entitlements, and each cloud adds a channel or capability on top — without claiming a single shared database where it isn’t.
See how modules are priced- Shared identity foundation
Contacts, tags and roles live at platform level where implemented — no duplicate onboarding per module.
- One permission model
Roles, workspace access, and audit trails are defined once and apply to every module.
- Composable channels
Messaging (Available) and Voice (Pilot) add channels on the same foundation; automation expands as we ship.
- Shared reporting where live
Volume, response time and outcome reporting rolls up across enabled modules — honest about what is connected today.
One platform, four clouds.
Every module shares the same contacts, permissions, automation rules, and reporting layer. Nothing runs as a separate tool.

Messaging Cloud or Voice Cloud?
They solve different halves of the same problem. Most teams run both, but neither requires the other.
| Capability | Messaging Cloud | Voice Cloud |
|---|---|---|
| Primary channel | WhatsApp Business | Inbound and outbound phone calls |
| Best for | Async support, sales follow-up, campaigns | Callers who expect an immediate answer |
| AI handling | Chatbot answers and drafted replies | AI receptionist and calling agents |
| Human handoff | Assign the conversation to an agent | Transfer the live call to a person |
| Outbound | Template broadcast campaigns | Reminder and follow-up call runs |
| Team collaboration | Shared inbox, assignment, internal notes | Live listen-in and takeover |
| Analytics | Volume, response time, resolution, campaigns | Duration, outcome, AI-handled share |
| Shared with the platform | Contacts, tags, roles, timeline, API | Contacts, tags, roles, timeline, API |

What is the RapidRoot Customer Operations Cloud?
It is the platform foundation — identity, organizations, products, billing, entitlements, admin — on which Communication (Messaging available, Voice pilot) and Operations (Hostels/Real Estate live) workspaces run as separate workspaces.
Do I have to buy the whole platform?
No. You can start with Messaging Cloud or Voice Cloud on its own. Because they sit on the same platform, adding the second module later does not require migrating data or re-onboarding your team.
Which modules are available today?
Messaging Cloud is available. Voice Cloud is in pilot (guided access, requires provider qualification). Hostels and Real Estate are live as standalone workspaces on the same platform foundation. Automation Cloud is in development and AI Agents are planned.
How do the modules share data?
Contacts, tags, notes, team roles, and reporting are platform-level. A call handled by Voice Cloud appears on the same customer timeline as a WhatsApp conversation.
Can I access the platform through an API?
Yes. Contacts, conversations, messages, and calls are available over a REST API, with webhooks for events and workspace-scoped API keys.
