Industries — wedges + long tail

Primary wedges carry the product. The rest carry the search.

Hospitality maps to the live Hostels workspace; Real Estate maps to the live Real Estate workspace. The other ten guides are SEO long-tail — honest customer-operation patterns, not vertical product claims.

Primary wedges — canonical product

Hostels / PG and Real Estate are wedges with product behind them.

Property → Bed → Stay → Invoice → Payment → Receipt and Enquiry → Lead → Site visit → Inventory hold → Booking are live workspaces. Industry pages for those sectors exist for context, not as competing canonicals.

Long-tail — SEO assets

The other ten sectors are discovered through search.

They describe customer-operation failures (missed enquiries, slow response, booking, reminders) solved with Messaging (Available) and Voice (Pilot — guided access) — not pretended verticals.

Which module do I need?

Start with the need, not the product

Most teams begin with one module and add the other when the channel matters.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you have customers in my industry?

RapidRoot is an early-stage product company. These guides describe how the platform can be configured for each sector — they are not customer case studies, and we do not claim adoption we do not have.

My industry isn't listed. Does that matter?

No. The platform is channel-first rather than vertical-locked. If your team talks to customers on WhatsApp or the phone, the same building blocks apply.

How much configuration does an industry setup need?

Typically the chatbot content, call scripts, templates and routing rules. A demo covers what your setup would look like before you commit to anything.

Don't see your industry?

RapidRoot is channel-first, not vertical-locked. Tell us how your team talks to customers and we'll map it in a demo.
