How RapidRoot collects, uses, and protects information across our website and platform.

Last updated: 2026

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company, phone number), workspace configuration, and usage data generated when you use the dashboard or APIs. When you send messages or place calls through RapidRoot, we process the content and metadata of those communications to deliver the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the platform, deliver messages and calls, provide support, secure the service, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information.

Processing on your behalf

For data your customers send to you through RapidRoot, you are the controller and RapidRoot acts as a processor. You decide what data enters the platform and how long it is retained within your workspace.

Third-party providers

Delivering messaging and voice requires third-party providers, including messaging platform operators, telephony carriers, cloud hosting, and AI model providers. These providers process data only to deliver the requested service.

Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your workspace is active or as required to meet legal obligations. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact privacy@rapidroot.in to make a request and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
