AI voice agents that turn calls into next actions.
Voice Cloud brings AI into customer calls — AI understands, qualifies, answers and assists, then hands off to a human when needed and supports follow-up. Pilot — guided access: provider qualification (Exotel KYC) and setup required before production telephony. We run the pilot with you.
VOICE_TELEPHONY_PROVIDER defaults to mock (developer). Real telephony uses Exotel + Sarvam/Deepgram/ElevenLabs adapters, WSS media bridge 16k · 10 streams, Basic + HMAC provider webhooks. Production requires KYC. We label it honestly.
Not GA real telephony. If you need live telephony today, we qualify during the pilot.
AI agent: “I can book you for Saturday at 11:00. Should I confirm that slot?”
Live calls console — transcript, intent and takeover where enabled. Reuses verified mock; not implying instant production.
Customer → AI Voice Agent → Understand → Qualify → Answer → Follow Up → Human when needed
AI is inside the call — not a voicemail. Each step is a handoff you configure; human transfer where rules require it.
Incoming
Inbound number rings the agent (or outbound to consented contact).
AI understands
Greeting, intent capture, qualify with up to 4 configured questions.
Qualify & Book
Offers slots, confirms booking — writes to customer record.
Transfer
Warm transfer to human on rules you set; listen-in where enabled.
Transcript
Recording + transcript per call where permitted, retention controls.
Follow-up
Outcome to contact timeline; WhatsApp follow-up via Messaging.
Calls appear beside WhatsApp threads on the same customer timeline — when both modules are on the same workspace. Visual demonstration — pilot, not a live call.
Receptionist, logs and analytics — pilot screens.
Reusing verified mocks — not fake functionality.
Optional recording per workspace where local law allows it, with retention controls.
What’s in the pilot.
We label honest maturity — not production promises.

Voice questions.
More in Trust.
Can AI actually answer my calls?›
In the guided pilot, the AI receptionist picks up, greets the caller, captures intent, and handles requests you have configured — availability, booking, status, qualification. Anything outside that is transferred or logged for callback.
Can calls transfer to a human?›
Yes. You define the transfer rules — by intent, caller or request. Your team can also listen to a live call and take over mid-conversation where enabled.
How do I configure call workflows?›
Each agent has a greeting, intents and an escalation path you configure in the console. Test the flow before it goes live.
Does Voice handle outbound calls?›
Yes, for reminders, follow-ups and notifications to contacts who have consented to be called. Outbound runs use the same contact records as Messaging.
Are calls recorded?›
Recording and transcripts can be enabled per workspace where local law allows it, with retention controls. Enable only after confirming your obligations for caller consent.
Hear an AI agent on your own line — pilot.
We qualify provider setup during the pilot. No production promise until KYC.
