Documentation
Concepts, product behaviour and integration guides for the RapidRoot customer operations platform. API-specific reference material is published as each endpoint becomes available.
Start here
RapidRoot is a customer operations platform where Messaging (Available), Voice (Pilot) and operational workspaces share a foundation. Documentation is organised by product first and by integration surface second.
- Product documentation describes what you can configure in the dashboard today.
- Integration documentation describes APIs and webhooks, which are still in development.
- Anything not yet shipped is labelled rather than described as if it were live.
