Building a customer operations platform.

RapidRoot was created because customer-facing businesses lose revenue in the gap after first contact — enquiries, bookings, reminders and payments living in different systems. We run that work on one platform foundation with honest maturity labels.

Our story

It started with a pattern we kept seeing.

While building software for growing businesses, the same situation appeared again and again. A customer would message on WhatsApp, call the next day and email a week later — and each of those conversations lived somewhere different. Nobody could see the full picture, so customers repeated themselves and teams guessed at context.

The tools available either solved one channel well and ignored the rest, or were built for large support organisations with the budget and headcount to run them. Smaller teams were left stitching together phones, spreadsheets and inboxes, and losing follow-ups in the gaps.

RapidRoot exists to close that gap. One platform where messaging and voice share the same contacts, history and reporting, with AI applied to the repetitive parts — drafting, summarising, routing — so a small team can respond quickly without hiring ahead of revenue. We are early, and we say so plainly: what is live is live, and what is planned is labelled as planned.

Why RapidRoot exists

The problem, described honestly.

This is our motivation for starting the company — what we observed, not a market claim.

Disconnected tools

WhatsApp on one phone, calls on another line, leads in a spreadsheet, tickets in a third system. No single place shows what a customer has already been told.

Manual workflows

Copying details between systems, re-typing the same replies and reminding each other to follow up. Work that is easy to do and easy to forget.

Missed opportunities

Enquiries that arrive after hours, follow-ups that slip past the point of interest, and repeat customers nobody realises are repeat customers.

Response time pressure

Customers now expect a reply in minutes on messaging channels. Meeting that with people alone means hiring ahead of revenue.

  • AI is most useful where the work is repetitive and verifiable — drafting replies, summarising a call, extracting details, routing a conversation.
  • It should improve responsiveness, not replace the people who own the customer relationship.
  • A human should stay in the loop on anything that commits the business to something.
  • If a system cannot explain what it did, it does not belong in customer communication.

Values

The principles behind our decisions.

Customer first

Decisions start from the operator using the product at 9am on a busy Monday, not from a feature list. If a change does not make their day easier, it waits.

Build with integrity

We describe what the platform does today and label everything else as planned. That applies to this website, to sales conversations and to documentation.

Continuous improvement

We prefer small, frequent, reversible changes over long releases. Shipping steadily keeps quality visible and keeps feedback loops short.

Security by design

Access, data handling and credential storage are considered while a feature is being designed. Retrofitting security is slower and less reliable.

Timeline

Where we are so far.

Only milestones the company has actually reached.

  1. Founded

    RapidRoot is founded

The company is started in Visakhapatnam with a single focus: reduce the number of disconnected tools a business needs to talk to its customers.

  2. Prototype

    First messaging prototype

An internal prototype for WhatsApp-based business messaging — templates, inbox and delivery events — is built to validate the workflow end to end.

  3. Voice

    Voice AI development begins

Work starts on the voice side of the platform: call handling, transcripts and AI-assisted responses sharing the same conversation model as messaging.

  4. Platform

    Unified platform architecture

Messaging Cloud and Voice Cloud are brought under one platform layer with shared contacts, workspace roles and reporting.

  5. Website

    Public website launch

The platform, solutions, developer, knowledge and trust sections are published so prospective customers can evaluate RapidRoot before talking to us.

  6. Onboarding

    Early customer onboarding

Guided onboarding with early customers, working directly with their teams to shape the product before broader availability.
