Privacy, in plain language

The formal Privacy Policy is the binding document. This page is the readable version: what we collect, why, what choices you have, and which third parties are involved.

What we collect

How to read this page

This page is maintained by RapidRoot to answer common security and privacy questions about our platform. It describes practices that are in place today and clearly labels anything that is planned. It is not a certification, an audit result, or independent verification.

From the website

Basic request information and, where analytics are enabled, aggregate usage of pages. Marketing forms collect what you type into them — typically name, work email, company and your message.

From the product

Account details, workspace configuration, and the conversation data you route through the platform in order to operate your channels.

Automatically

Operational logs and delivery events generated while the service runs, used to diagnose problems and improve reliability.

Why we collect it

  • To provide the product you signed up for and deliver your messages and calls.
  • To authenticate users and apply the permissions you configured.
  • To support you when something breaks and to investigate incidents.
  • To respond to sales and support enquiries you initiate.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not use customer conversation content for unrelated commercial purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The product uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for signing in and keeping you signed in. Where product or website analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages and features are used — not to build advertising profiles.

The Cookie Policy lists the categories in detail.

Third parties

Operating a communication platform necessarily involves other providers: cloud hosting, managed databases and authentication, and the messaging and telephony networks that actually deliver a WhatsApp message or a phone call. Each of those providers operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

Subprocessor list

A published, versioned subprocessor list is planned. Until it is published, we will provide the current list on request during evaluation or procurement.

Your choices

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask for correction of inaccurate details.
  • Ask for deletion of your account data, subject to any records we must keep.
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time.

Send privacy requests to privacy@rapidroot.in and we will respond.
