The module model
Every module sits on the same foundation: a workspace, a contact database, a permission model and an analytics layer. Adding a module never forks your data — a customer who messages on WhatsApp and later calls is one record with one timeline.
RapidRoot platform
Shared workspace, contacts, roles and analytics layer.
Messaging Cloud
WhatsApp inbox, templates, campaigns and chatbot flows.
Voice Cloud
AI receptionist, inbound and outbound calling, transcripts.
Automation Cloud
Cross-channel triggers, conditions and scheduled actions.
AI Agents
Goal-driven agents that act across messaging and voice.
Choosing where to start
Most teams begin with Messaging Cloud because WhatsApp volume is where support cost concentrates, then add Voice Cloud for calls that arrive outside working hours. Either module can be adopted first — they do not depend on one another.
Pilot first
We onboard through a guided pilot rather than a self-serve trial, so the first workspace is configured with our team on a call.
