Account and workspace setup

Create your account, name your workspace and set the defaults everything else inherits.

Create your account

  1. 1

    Request access

Accounts are created through the demo and pilot process; you will receive an invitation link by email.

  2. 2

    Set a strong password

Use a unique password stored in a password manager. Shared logins break the audit trail.

  3. 3

    Confirm your email

Verification links expire; request a new one if it has been sitting in your inbox.

Create the workspace

A workspace is the boundary for everything: channels, contacts, team members and reporting. Most companies need exactly one. Agencies running communication for several clients should create one workspace per client so data never mixes.

  • Workspace name — what your team sees in the switcher
  • Business timezone — drives scheduling and reporting windows
  • Working hours — used by routing and out-of-hours behaviour
  • Default language — used for interface and fallback replies

Least privilege

Give agents the agent role, not admin. It keeps configuration stable and makes reporting on individual performance meaningful.
