Create your account
- 1
Request access
Accounts are created through the demo and pilot process; you will receive an invitation link by email.
- 2
Set a strong password
Use a unique password stored in a password manager. Shared logins break the audit trail.
- 3
Confirm your email
Verification links expire; request a new one if it has been sitting in your inbox.
Create the workspace
A workspace is the boundary for everything: channels, contacts, team members and reporting. Most companies need exactly one. Agencies running communication for several clients should create one workspace per client so data never mixes.
- Workspace name — what your team sees in the switcher
- Business timezone — drives scheduling and reporting windows
- Working hours — used by routing and out-of-hours behaviour
- Default language — used for interface and fallback replies
Invite team members
| Role | Can do | Cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and workspace deletion. | — |
| Admin | Configure channels, templates, automations and members. | Change billing owner. |
| Agent | Handle conversations and calls assigned to them. | Change platform configuration. |
| Viewer | Read analytics and conversation history. | Send messages or edit anything. |
Least privilege
Give agents the agent role, not admin. It keeps configuration stable and makes reporting on individual performance meaningful.
