The mission
Our mission is to simplify business communication by bringing messaging, voice and follow-up into a single platform that a small team can operate confidently — and to apply AI where it genuinely reduces work rather than adding another layer to manage. We want a five-person team to be able to answer, route and follow up on customer conversations with the same consistency as a department ten times its size.
We do not publish funding announcements, customer counts, logos or awards that do not exist. Everything on this page is either something the company has done or something clearly described as an intention.
What that means in practice

Every feature has to reduce the number of tools or manual steps involved. If it only adds another surface to maintain, it is not worth shipping.

AI is applied to drafting, summarising, routing and transcription — tasks where a wrong answer is easy for a human to catch and correct.
