- Encryption at rest for stored conversation and call data
- Secrets stored in managed secret storage, never in application code
Backups
Databases are backed up on a managed schedule with point-in-time recovery within the retention window agreed for your plan. Recovery objectives for a specific deployment are confirmed in writing during onboarding.

We do not currently claim any third-party certification. If a certification is required for your procurement, raise it with us directly rather than assuming it.
